Our Singapore cruise packages are priced on request. This guide does not publish a fixed price, because the cost depends on the sailing, the cabin category and your departure city. Use this page to understand what changes the price and how to compare quotes fairly. It also lists the costs that are usually separate from the package.
What drives the price
Four things matter most. The cabin category is the largest factor, followed by the length of the sailing and the number of nights in Singapore before boarding. The season comes next, because holiday-period demand is higher in January and December. Finally, the inclusions and exclusions decide what you pay for on the day.
Cabin categories
Our research describes four cabin categories, budget, standard, premium and luxury. The meal basis for each category is listed as follows:
- Budget: room only or breakfast.
- Standard: room only or breakfast.
- Premium: breakfast, with lunch and dinner at restaurants or outlets.
- Luxury: breakfast or half-board where offered.
Confirm the dining inclusions in your booking, because they vary by category and by sailing. Cabin size and features depend on the cruise line, so ask for those details with your quote.
What is included in our packages
Our Singapore cruise packages include accommodation for the route nights on twin sharing, transfers to the cruise terminal by taxi or private vehicle, and visa assistance. The nights in Singapore before boarding are part of the route. Check the number of city nights before you compare two quotes, because a longer stay changes the total.
What costs extra
Flights to and from Singapore are not included. The Singapore visa fee is separate. The current ICA guidance we reviewed lists a visa processing fee of S$30. Travel insurance, meals not listed in your booking, shore excursions and attraction tickets, shopping, laundry and tips are also separate. Our quotes exclude GST.
Pre-cruise nights and the total
Each Singapore night before boarding adds to the total, but it also gives you time to recover from the flight. Two nights is tight for the main sights. Three or more nights gives a calmer plan. Compare the cost of one extra night with the time it gives you on the day, and decide the number of city nights before you compare quotes.
Questions to ask before you pay
Ask for the cabin category and what meals it includes. Confirm the sailing dates, the port calls and the times you board and leave the ship. Ask which transfers are included and whether they are private or by taxi. Check how many nights are in Singapore and whether accommodation is included for each. Finally, ask about visa assistance, the government visa fee and how flight changes are handled.
Ways to keep the trip in budget
Choose the trip length that suits your time, rather than adding nights you will not use. Book early for holiday periods, when demand is higher. Compare cabin categories against the meals and inclusions listed, not just the headline figure. Ask for a written quote with every inclusion listed, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
How to compare quotes
Check the sailing dates, cabin category, number of route nights, inclusions, exclusions and visa assistance. Confirm whether transfers are private or by taxi, and whether the quote covers airport transfers. Two quotes are only comparable if they cover the same nights, the same cabin category and the same sailing.
Insurance and changes
Travel insurance is not included, so choose cover that matches your cruise and flights. Ask about cancellation and change terms for both, because the cruise and the flights are often booked separately. Keep your written quote, sailing itinerary and documents together, so you can show what was agreed if plans change.
Seasonal demand
January and December have higher holiday demand, and festive demand may increase in December. July can be busy during regional school holidays. In August, demand depends mainly on cruise departures and holidays. Compare sailing dates before you commit, because the same trip can cost more on a holiday date.
How was this guide compiled?
This guide is compiled from published tourism, weather and transport information, and it was last checked on 2 November 2026. Quoted prices change with dates and availability, so every package price is confirmed in writing.
