Korea K-Culture Tour 5N is a five-night Seoul package for first-time visitors who want palaces, K-culture districts and Korean food in one city base. You stay in Myeongdong, a central area that suits a first trip, and reach the main sights by metro and planned transfers. It works well for friends, couples and families who prefer a compact itinerary.
Day two covers Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village and Insadong, grouped on one day so you avoid long transfers. On day three you choose a Nami Island day trip or a DMZ tour, which each take most of the day. Day four explores Hongdae, Gangnam and the shopping streets, and day five covers Korean food and a market visit before you depart on day six.
Airport transfers, daily breakfast, visa assistance and sightseeing as per the itinerary are included. Flights, the visa fee, travel insurance, meals not listed and personal shopping are extra. Read more in our places to visit in South Korea guide and South Korea trip cost guide.

Land at Incheon International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Myeongdong, a central area that suits a first visit. Check in and rest after the flight. In the evening, take a short walk to the street food stalls and cafés nearby. Keep the first night light, because the coming days cover palaces, neighbourhoods and an excursion.
Spend the morning at Gyeongbokgung Palace, then walk the hanok lanes of Bukchon Hanok Village. In the afternoon, explore the galleries, teahouses and craft shops of Insadong. Grouping these three areas on one day keeps transfers short. Wear comfortable shoes, because the lanes include slopes and many steps.
Choose one excursion for the day. Nami Island and Chuncheon offer wooded paths and riverside scenery, with seasonal foliage in autumn. A DMZ tour involves transfers and security procedures that take a substantial part of the day. Do not add a palace visit to the same day, and keep the evening free for a relaxed meal.
Spend the day in two contrasting districts. Hongdae offers cafés, street performers and younger shopping streets, while Gangnam has large department stores and a more polished city feel. Travellers often add shopping time once they see the quality of Korean clothing, so leave some afternoon time free.
Visit a neighbourhood food market in the morning and try a Korean barbecue meal in the evening. Ask your planner for vegetarian-friendly restaurant options, which are easier to find in Seoul. Use the afternoon to rest, pack purchases and prepare for your departure.
Enjoy breakfast and check out. Your transfer takes you to Incheon International Airport for your onward flight, so allow enough time for the journey and check-in. If your flight is later in the day, use the morning for a last walk or shopping near your hotel.
Flights are not included.
Five nights in one Seoul hotel, so you unpack only once.
Nami Island and the DMZ tour each take most of a day, so you choose one.
Buy a T-money card on arrival for Seoul's metro and buses; travellers often call it essential.
Carry a small bag for rubbish, because public bins can be scarce.
Breakfast is included daily; other meals are extra.
Flights are not included and are booked separately.
April and October are busy months, so book early for more hotel choice.
Leave space in your suitcase, since many travellers add shopping once they arrive.
FAQs
What travellers ask about this trip. Your trip expert can answer anything else.
Five nights covers the main Seoul sights at a relaxed pace: one palace day, one excursion, modern districts and a food market. It does not include Busan, Gyeongju or Jeju. If you want a second city, ask us about the seven-night Seoul and Jeju option or a custom itinerary.
Five nights in a comfort-category hotel in Myeongdong on twin sharing, daily breakfast, airport transfers, sightseeing by private vehicle as per the itinerary and visa assistance. Flights, the visa fee, travel insurance, meals not listed and personal shopping are not included.
Yes, in most cases. Indian ordinary-passport holders generally need a South Korean visa before travel, and visa-free or K-ETA entry does not generally apply. Our package includes visa assistance, but the visa fee is extra. Confirm the current requirements with the Korean Embassy or its designated visa channel.
Yes. Myeongdong is a central base with easy access to palaces, shopping and food. The package keeps one hotel for all five nights, so you avoid repacking. English is available in major tourist areas, and translation apps can help elsewhere.
Yes. Both excursions take most of a day, so the itinerary uses one of them. Nami Island is a scenic day trip with riverside paths. A DMZ tour involves security procedures and transfers, so it is better kept on a day without a palace visit.
No. Flights to and from South Korea are not included and are booked separately. Our planners can suggest suitable connections from your city. Delhi has the most direct options, and one-stop routings are common from other Indian cities.
