Your trip expert can stretch, shorten or swap any day.
Arrive at Denpasar airport and meet your driver. Drive to Ubud, where your private pool villa waits. Check in and settle in at your own pace. Spend a quiet first evening by the pool or on a short walk nearby. Bali traffic can slow the roads, so the day stays light on purpose. Dinner is on your own, with plenty of choice in Ubud.
Spend the day on the cultural side of Ubud. Visit the temples and watch for ceremonies, which are part of daily life here. Walk past the rice terraces in the cooler morning hours. Return to the villa for a long break and a swim. Ubud centre gets crowded, so your driver plans a calmer order for the day. The evening is free for a dinner for two.
Wake before dawn for the Mount Batur sunrise hike. The climb is steep and starts in the dark. The views over Lake Batur and the volcanic land depend on the weather, so clouds can hide them. Drive back to Ubud for a late breakfast and a rest. Spend the afternoon by your private pool and keep the evening free.
Check out after breakfast and drive to Seminyak. Traffic can be heavy, so this transfer is the only long drive of the day. Check in to your second private pool villa and relax. In the late afternoon, head to the Seminyak coast for sunset. The area has design-led restaurants and beach clubs, so you can choose a dinner for two.
Leave early for Sanur and take the boat to Nusa Penida. Early departures give more reliable sea conditions. Spend the day on the island's cliffs and offshore viewpoints, with time for snorkelling. Island roads are rough, so you see one stretch of coast instead of rushing across the whole island. Take the boat back to Sanur and drive to Seminyak for the night.
Sleep in and enjoy the villa pool through the morning. In the afternoon, drive south to Uluwatu. See the dramatic limestone cliffs above the sea. Stay for the sunset Kecak performance at the temple. Drive back to Seminyak after the show. This is your last evening, so end it with a relaxed dinner for two.
Enjoy a final morning at the villa. Check out and meet your driver for the airport transfer. Leave generous time, as Bali traffic can slow the road, especially at peak hours. Pack your passport and papers before you leave the villa. Your journey home begins from Denpasar airport.
Flights are not included.
FAQs
What travellers ask about this trip. Your trip expert can answer anything else.
This 7-day, 6-night package suits honeymoon couples who want privacy and a relaxed pace. You stay in private pool villas in two bases, Ubud and Seminyak, so you change hotels only once. The days mix culture, a sunrise hike, an island trip and a cliff sunset without overloading any single day.
The package covers three nights in Ubud and three in Seminyak in comfort-category private pool villas on twin sharing, with breakfast on Days 1 to 6. It also includes private vehicle transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary, and visa assistance. Flights, other meals, entry fees and extra activities are not included.
May, June and September usually suit best, with mostly dry weather and fewer visitors than July and August. July and August are the driest but also the busiest. November to March is the wet season, with more showers and humidity. Pick a dry month if you want the boat day and sunrise hike to go smoothly.
Yes. Indian passport holders generally need Indonesia's Visa on Arrival or e-VOA, usually valid for 30 days. Your passport should have at least six months' validity, and you need a return or onward ticket. Tripstor gives visa assistance with this package. Rules can change, so confirm them on the official portal before you fly.
The pace is gentle. You change hotels only once, on Day 4, and each day has one main outing. Day 3 starts before dawn for the Mount Batur hike, which is steep, and weather can hide the sunrise view. Day 5 is the longest day, with an early boat to Nusa Penida.
