Paris & Nice Côte d'Azur 7N splits seven nights between two bases: three in Paris and four in Nice on the French Riviera. It suits couples, first-time visitors to France and friends who want city sights and a coastal stay. You travel once by high-speed train between the two cities, so there is only one hotel change.
The Paris days cover the Louvre and the historic centre, then the Eiffel Tower, the Seine and Montmartre. On day four you take the high-speed train to Nice. In Nice you explore the Old Town markets and the Promenade des Anglais, then take a local train day trip to Èze, Antibes or Monaco. You depart from Nice on day eight.
Airport transfers, daily breakfast, the Eiffel Tower timed entry, the Paris to Nice train as per the itinerary, the Riviera day trip and visa assistance are included. Flights, other meals, attraction tickets not listed, the Schengen visa fee and travel insurance are extra. Ask your planner about adding Versailles to the Paris days.
Your trip expert can stretch, shorten or swap any day.
Land at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and transfer to your hotel by private vehicle. Check in and rest after the journey. Take an easy evening walk near the hotel to get your bearings, and keep the first night light.
Spend the morning at the Louvre with a booked entry time, then walk through the historic centre to Notre-Dame and the Le Marais district. Choose one museum rather than several. Take a long lunch and rest in the afternoon, then end the day with a stroll along the Seine.
Visit the Eiffel Tower at your timed entry, then spend the afternoon around the Trocadéro and the Champs-Élysées. In the evening, walk the Seine and finish in Montmartre, the hilltop district with its streets and views over the city. Pre-book a dinner close to the hotel if you wish.
Take the high-speed train from Paris to Nice, booked in advance on the timing set out in your itinerary. Your driver or planner helps with the onward transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, settle in and take a short walk along the Promenade des Anglais.
Explore the Old Town markets in the morning, when the stalls are busiest and the lanes are cooler. Walk the Promenade des Anglais in the afternoon, and rest at the hotel before dinner. Keep the day flexible, because the Riviera is best at an unhurried pace.
Take a local train for a day trip to Èze, Antibes or Monaco. Travellers often say one or two stops work better than trying to visit all four towns in one day. Return to Nice in the late afternoon, and allow time for the train timings and walking in hilly towns.
Use this day for a second Riviera stop, a beach walk, a market visit or rest. Your planner can suggest a train timetable for Cannes or Monaco if you prefer a different town. Keep the evening free for a long dinner on the coast.
Have breakfast and check out. Your driver takes you to Nice Côte d'Azur airport for departure, leaving enough time for traffic and check-in. If your flight is from Paris, ask your planner to arrange the transfer before you travel.
Flights are not included.

FAQs
What travellers ask about this trip. Your trip expert can answer anything else.
Paris gives museums, landmarks and food in one base, while Nice gives a Mediterranean waterfront and day trips along the coast. Travellers often say three to four days in Paris, then one Riviera base, is a practical split. This package follows that pattern with one train journey.
By high-speed TGV train, booked in advance through SNCF, as per the itinerary. Booking ahead helps you secure timings on popular routes. Your planner shares the schedule before you travel, and transfers within Nice are arranged by local transport.
Èze, Antibes, Monaco and Cannes are all reachable by local train from Nice, so you keep one hotel. Choose one or two day trips rather than all four, so you do not spend the day in transit.
No. Packages are land-only, so flights are booked separately. Our planners suggest arrival and departure timings for your city. The package departs from Nice on day eight, and a Paris departure can be arranged on request.
It can be in peak season, especially for hotels and seafront dining. Regional trains keep day trips affordable, and travelling outside July and August helps. This package uses one hotel in Nice, which limits packing and moves between towns.
April to June and September to October are the best months, with warm weather and smaller crowds. July and August are warmest and busiest. November to February is cooler and wetter, with fewer visitors and shorter days.
Yes. Indian ordinary-passport holders need a Schengen visa before travel, and it covers both the Paris and Nice stops. Visa assistance is included, and the visa fee is extra. Check France-Visas and allow time for the VFS Global appointment and biometrics.
